Have you ever wondered how much time of your valuable time has been spent looking around supermarkets, running up and down the aisles unable to find exactly what you're after, being advised this merchandise or that product is what you need only to be confused by the packaging and finally ending up with a substandard product?
The same could be said for researching the internet, using multiple search strings to brings up thousands of different options, only to find that the same product is being offered using various sites and you are no nearer to finding the solution for you.
With so many different channels to explore, finding the solution for whatever problem you are looking to solve is a daunting task, one that would make many take the first option presented to them in whatever medium used at the time.
I for one have had the experience mentioned above and can vouch for feeling forced into purchasing products that are not what I wanted in the first place or do not live up to the claims made by the creator/distributer.
When looking to remove my acne affliction I was bombard with ever solution under the sun and still continued to suffer whilst wondering if I could ever get rid of my seriously bad skin condition that made me neck look like a book for the blind.
Whilst searching for a cure I found common beauty tips that helped me through my affliction and so I have detailed them below so others can benefit from my years of going through search engine results.
1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Hydrating your body will help you get rid toxins.
2. Make sure that you do not leave makeup products on your skin because it contributes to clogging your pores, causing more pimples and blackheads.
3. Do not sleep with make-up on. Also, keep your hair away from your face. Hair contains oil that may create breakouts to your skin.
4. Wash your pillow case and towels. They are absorbent and they absorb even acne-contributors too.
5. Maintain a diet which is high in beta-carotene and zinc, it would also be of help not only prevention but as well as in the healing process and anti-scarring of acne.
6. Never prick your pimples.
7. Eat healthy food because then you to cleanse yourself not only outside but also inside.
8. Lessen your oily or fatty food intake.
9. Avoid tight-collared shirts that might irritate the acne further.
10. Stress can be another cause of acne. Chill out, take a course in meditation and realise all the hassles can disappear if you change the way you view things.
11. Eating food rich in fibre is also a remedy.
12. Food rich in Vitamins A, B and D as well as those rich in calcium, potassium, phosphorus, chloride, magnesium, zinc, iron and sodium are also of benefit.
